Email credits are tokens linked to your account that enable you to find professional email addresses using Skrapp.io's diverse email search features. Each email credit allows you to find one professional email address, marked as either "Valid" or "Catch-all". Or verify a single email address.

Yes, you can keep your credits even if you cancel your subscription.
Yes, any unused credits will roll over to the next month.
Team members share access to a common pool of credits. For example, if a subscription includes 50,000 email credits and has four team members, all team members collectively use from the same 50,000 credits. Each member can use the credits as long as the total usage across all members does not exceed 50,000.
No, your account is not charged for email credits labeled as 'Invalid' or 'Unknown' to ensure fair usage of credits, whether from a free or paid account. We only charge for deliverable emails marked as 'Valid' or 'Catch-all.' For more information, refer to our Email Verification Statuses guide.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately and your billing is prorated accordingly.
No. All plans are month-to-month or annual with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. However, you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
