Company details now come from our new company database: more accurate data, three new fields, better matching in the Email Finder, and a few retired fields.
Company information in Skrapp now comes from our new company database. You'll see more accurate company details, three new fields, better company matching in the Email Finder, and a few fields that are no longer available. Company ids, credits and pricing are unchanged.

Lists
Company card
- New Status, for example Active, shown after Type.
- New Country with its flag, and City, shown after Headquarters.
- Changed LinkedIn page now sits under Website and is filled in for far more companies.
- Changed When we recognize a lead's company, the card shows the company's official name and domain.
- Removed Exact employee count.
CSV and Excel downloads
- New Columns Company Linkedin Page, Company Status, Company Country and Company City.
- Changed Size ranges and revenue use a cleaner format, for example "1,001-5,000" and "10B+ USD".
- Removed Company Employee Count.
If you import downloads into a spreadsheet or tool that expects fixed column positions, check your mapping: new columns sit between existing ones.
CRM sync
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and Outreach receive the same company values you see in your list.
Email Finder and Chrome extension
- Better Searching by company name finds the right domain more often.
- Better We now know when a company emails from a different domain than its website, for example Bank of America on bofa.com or Lockheed Martin on lmco.com, so you get emails that were missed before.
- Changed The company card uses the new company details shown at the top of this page.
Bulk email finder
Emails are found exactly as before. Only the company columns in your result file change.
- Better Rows without a domain are matched by company name, so they get company data too.
- New Columns Company Status, Company Country and Company City.
- Fixed Rows whose last cell was empty no longer have their values shifted one column to the left.
Email Verifier
Single verify
- Fixed Company details now match the email's domain correctly. Previously some domains returned an unrelated company.
- Changed Webmail addresses such as gmail.com, outlook.com or yahoo.fr no longer return a company.
- Changed When we can't find a company, the email is still verified and the card shows "Company data not found".
Bulk verify
- New Columns Company Status, Company Country and Company City.
- Changed Rows with webmail addresses get empty company cells. Email status and the valid, invalid and risky files are unchanged.
Company suggestions
The suggestions you see while typing a company name in the Email Finder, company search, lead search filters and AI search.
- Changed Each suggestion shows the company's size, for example "51-200 employees", on one line.
- New If you type a domain we don't recognize yet, you can still use it.
- Changed In the Email Finder, the list closes as soon as you pick a company.
The same suggestions are coming to the search tools on skrapp.io soon.
For developers
If you parse company fields from the Skrapp API, review these changes. Company ids (id, lid, linkedin_id) are identical to before.
Company data returned with an email
Applies to companyData in GET /api/v2/find and /api/v2/open/find with includeCompanyData=true, and in GET /v3/verify?enrich=true.

On /v3/verify, webmail domains return no company, and the call still succeeds when no company is found.
