Closing Ratio
This is a `metric-based` term. One of the many marketing and sales metrics businesses use to assess the outcome of their efforts.
If a salesperson closes 20 deals out of 100 leads, the closing ratio is 20%, indicating the proportion of leads that resulted in successful sales.
